These Terms govern your access to agfaus.com.au and the AGW mobile app (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, accurate information, and maintaining security of your credentials. We may suspend accounts for misuse or unlawful activity.

Service scope

We provide digital tools to register products, manage warranties, and submit claims. Extended warranty products are subject to the specific policy schedule/benefit terms issued to you. Nothing on our website/app is financial or legal advice.

User content

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use content you upload (e.g., receipts, images) solely to deliver and improve the Services and handle claims.

Fees & payments

Prices are in the displayed currency and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their terms. You authorise us to charge your selected method for purchases you make.

Prohibited use

No reverse engineering, scraping, harmful code, or use that infringes laws/rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability to re-supplying the Services or the cost of doing so. Nothing limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Third-party links

We’re not responsible for third-party sites/services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
