Cancellations Policy

You may cancel a purchase before activation/issuance of your warranty or service for a full refund.
If you cancel after activation and within 7 days, we’ll provide a pro-rata refund less any used benefits and a reasonable administrative fee (if applicable).
After 7 days, refunds are not available except as required by the ACL or the specific product terms.
