⁠Delete account policy

You can request deletion of your AGW app / website account:
1) In-app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or
2) Email support@agfaus.com.au from your registered email with subject “Delete my account”.
We’ll verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.
Important: We may retain limited records required by law (e.g., financial and claim records) for statutory periods. Once those periods end, we securely destroy or anonymise data.
