Australian Global Financial Services Pty Ltd (“AGFS”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates agfaus.com.au and the AGW mobile app. We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). If you are located in the EEA/UK, we also process personal data in line with GDPR lawful bases.

What we collect

  • Identification & contact: name, email, phone, country.
  • Account data: login credentials, user IDs, device identifiers.
  • Product data: warranty registrations, claims, invoices, serial/VIN numbers, photos you upload for inspections or claims.
  • Payment data: tokenised payment references from our payment processor (we don’t store full card numbers).
  • Usage data: pages visited, app actions, crash logs, IP address, cookies and similar technologies.

Why we collect it (lawful bases)

  • Provide and support our services and warranties (contract / legitimate interests)
  • Customer support, fraud prevention, and security (legitimate interests).

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including compliance and dispute resolution. Claim and policy records may be retained for statutory periods.
