Refund Policy
We follow the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major problem, you can choose a refund or replacement where applicable. For minor problems, we’ll remedy within a reasonable time.
Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
